Welcome to rent a house with a private garden facing the sea. Here you live only a few meters from the sea with a fantastic south west seaside position.

Heres what awaits you:

Here you wake up every morning with a fantastic sea view. On the raised outdoor deck you have a panoramic view of the archipelago with its islands.

Own private jetty which is perfect for sunbathing and with a ladder down to the water. Relax in the large glazed conservatory and extend the evenings well into the night.

Enjoy the surrounding landscape, the clean air and explore the numerous walking and cycling routes through the nearby nature reserves. A perfect place for those who want to release the stress of everyday life and just get away.

We have a canoe (2-4 people), a pedal boat and a SUP. It is possible to borrow this for tenants. Paddling around among the islands in the sea is fantastic.

This unique location is combined with all conveniences. Fast Wi-Fi and municipal water and sewage (drinking water from the tap). Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Free parking right outside the house.

Fine sandy beaches nearby, “Tredenborg beach” and “Sandviken”, which are 5 and 15 minutes away by car, respectively. Sölvesborg offers one of Swedens finest golf courses, Europes longest pedestrian and cycle bridge and several cozy restaurants and cafes. It is only 5 minutes by car to the center of Sölvesborg.

Even during the winter season, this accommodation has a lot to offer. Can be recommended to those of you who just want to get away and have peace. For example, read books, meditate, explore nearby nature and enjoy the fresh air or just spend time with someone you like. There is a modern heating system and a cozy fireplace. Worth knowing is that the guest house is not available during the winter months.
