Living room with sofa and lovely armchair to relax in. TV with standard channels. Exit to the rear of the house with dining area, charcoal grill and small lawn.
Here you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. The forest adjacent to patio offers nice walking paths and here you can find berries and mushrooms.

Bathroom with toilet and shower. Separate laundry room with washer, dryer and drying rack.

Upper floor with three bedrooms; one with a double bed (180x200cm), one with a single bed (90x200cm) and extra bed (90x200cm,that you easily pull out, bed on wheels) and the last bedroom with a single bed (80x200cm) that can convert into a double bed (160×200 cm). All beds are extremely comfortable.
Bathroom with toilet and bath.

The family cat is included in the rent. It needs food and water daily. The cat takes care of itself through the cat door.

The area offers several playgrounds with swings, sandpit, climbing frames, etc. The common yard also has a barbecue that you can use.

In Gustavsberg center (about 1.7 km) you find cafe with bakery/patisserie, shops, restaurants and library.
On Ekvallens sports area you will find both ice rink, tennis and skate park. There is also a bathhouse with adventure area, indoor swimming pool, relax area and gym.
A major shopping center is Mölnvik (approx. 1 km walking distance).
Gustavsberg harbor area (about 2.2 km) offers exciting industrial history, museums, art galleries, porcelain manufacturing and some nice shopping from well-known brands.
During the summer, you can take the regular boat to Stockholm from Gustavsberg Hamn (harbour).

Short drive to the Art Museum “Artipelag”.
For those interested in golf, there are several nice golf courses around Nacka/Värmdö.
Grisslinge havsbad (sea) with sandy beach and jetties 2,5km away. There is also a cafe / bakery, and restaurant.

Bus stop about 300m away with very frequent bus services to Stockholm city.

Obligatory departure 900SEK. Cat and internet (WiFi) is included. The tenant has access to a private parking lot.
